Small Business Saturday will take place this year on Saturday, November 29! Cumberland Valley Heating and Air Conditioning opened its doors in 1988 in a small shop just outside of Leitersburg, Maryland. Joe Barnes, President and CEO of Cumberland Valley, had a vision to grow a small business into the number-one heating and air conditioning company in the tri-state area.
