Happy New Year! Be sure to keep your heating and cooling system in good shape for 2015! Here are a few maintenance tips to prevent problems and help your system work more efficiently.

1) Check Your Air Filters – Air filters should be replaced about every three months. Now that we are starting a new year, check your air filters to make sure that your system is operating efficiently for the winter. You can also upgrade your filter to a better version that grabs even smaller particles. High-efficiency pleated air filters can help keep your HVAC system in top shape.

2) Change Your Batteries – Replace the battery in your home’s carbon monoxide detector at the start of the year. This will help keep your family safe through 2015!

2) Schedule HVAC Maintenance – Having your system checked by Cumberland Valley Heating and Air Conditioning twice a year will help make sure that your heating and cooling system is working efficiently.

We can also help catch any problems early on,before they affect you and your family.
